Beauty is in the Eye of the beholder

What !?

Rare golden tabby tiger

Golden tabby tigers are not “rare”, they are inbred genetic mutants that suffer serious health problems, serve no conservation purpose and the breeding of which is banned by all accredited zoos.

Calling them rare gives the false idea that these tigers need to be preserved which in the long term seriously harms conservation efforts. Color breeding has no place in conservation.
